The Coca-Cola Arena Gift Certificate is a document that entitles viewers to purchase tickets to the Coca-Cola Arena for an amount equivalent to the face value of the Gift Certificate and confirms that an advance payment for the specified amount has been made.

Certificates are available in denominations of 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 25,000 and 50,000 rubles.

The nominal value of the Gift Certificate can be used to purchase tickets only at a time in full, and the sum of the nominal values of several Gift Certificates can also be used to purchase tickets.

In the event that the cost of tickets is lower than the face value of the Gift Certificate, the balance of the advance payment is not refundable.

If the cost of tickets is higher than the face value of the Gift Certificate, the difference must be paid in cash or by bank card.

A Gift Certificate is not a security or commodity and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or Gift Certificates of other denominations.

The expiration date of the Gift Certificate is indicated on the card. Upon expiration of the Gift Certificate is considered invalid and cannot be used to purchase tickets, the balance of the advance payment is not refundable.

The gift certificate is not recoverable in case of loss or damage that does not allow to establish the details and authenticity. Duplicate certificates are not issued.

A gift certificate is a bearer document and can be transferred to another person, provided that he/she is familiar with these rules at the time of transfer.

Coca-Cola Arena reserves the right to limit the amount of tickets purchased using a Gift Voucher when tickets are sold at special rates and offers.
